A: You can only cancel upto 48 hours before the booking (i.e before 16:00 2 days before you are due to arrive). If you dont give us the relevant notice and we are not able to resell your room then you will be liable for the room fee.
If you do give us the relevant notice we will only take a booking fee of £10 per room.
