Having successfully run Bonningtons Guest House for over 6 years we have now decided to branch out into a new venture.
Bonningtons Newtown Road is a new large semi detached 1 bedroom house.
It is located in the very heart of Bishops Stortford town, in a quiet side road yet only around a one minute walk to the town centre. Additionally the train station, bus station and taxi rank are also only a few minutes walk away. The proiximety to the train station always for easy access to both London and Cambridge both around 30 minutes each by train.
There is a parking bay immediately to the front of the property.
The house was built by a local builder and is finished to a very high specification with granite worktops, spotlights and coving to the ceilings etc.
The house is furnished to a high standard with quality furnishings and sky TV is installed. The property itself has an entrance hall with a separate downstairs toilet. This then opens into an open plan lounge/dinning area with a fully fitted kitchen to the side. Upstairs there is a very large double bedroom that also has an additional single bed. There is a bathroom with a toilet, sink, bath and shower.
Bishops Stortford town centre has a wide variety of shops (with all of the usual high street names and a large number of independant traders).
There is a good selection of small cafes, restaurants and wine bars and clubs.
For those with less time on there hands there is a selection of take aways and fast food establishments many located around the cinema/bowling complex.
Stansted airport itself is located around 3 miles (only 10 minutes by car) away and can be easily reached by either car, train, bus or taxi.
The beds are all made up with fine cotton linen.
When you stay at Bonningtons Newtown Road you will have your own front door and the convenience to come and go as precisely as you please.
